Coffee machine not operational!!! Bathroom shelves not clean!!! Chairs on the terrace neglected!!! It's disappointing when outdoor areas are not properly maintained to enjoy!!!

Cozy rooms with stunning river views. the breakfast was an absolute treat, especially the homemade items. staff was genuinely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. a lovely bar area for relaxing at night.
